Seasonal Customer Service representative : September - February, $16 / hour

As a Customer Service Agent, your role will be to focus on providing the correct resolutions for both customers and the business. You will handle customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering best-in-class customer service. Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist customers via phone, email, and Chat.
• Assist customers with purchases
• Keep updated on KIZIK product and be able to answer questions for customers
• Help facilitate returns / exchanges
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

Job Type : Full-time hours, Seasonal

Pay : $16.00 per hour

Work Location : In person for three week training and then at home with some in-office work.
