We are looking for an Instrumentation Technician to join our Indianapolis, IN team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of process instrumentation for capital projects, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Managing all aspects of instrumentation logistics, from procurement and warehousing to tagging, shipping / receiving, and commissioning documentation. Ensuring the correct instrumentation is delivered to construction site on time and in alignment with Supporting Instrument Service Provider (ISP) project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads and supports the receiving, unloading, and accurate documentation of process instrumentation.
• Collaborate with ISP Project Lead to set priorities and track instrumentation status; attend client meetings.
• Handles instrumentation logistics unpacking, inspecting, storing, and updating database records using manual or powered equipment.
• Supports expedited delivery of high-priority instrumentation.
• Coordinates routine and urgent shipments with admin staff and shipping partners.
• Completes commissioning documentation in compliance with GDP and cGMP standards.
• Prepares turnover packages with warranties, data sheets, and certifications.
• Generates and applies unique tags using computer-based labeling systems.
• Resolves instrumentation issues & damage claims with vendors and Manager of Instrumentation Services.
• Manages transportation logistics, including packing and preparing bills of lading.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Supports all tasks across multiple concurrent projects .
