Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and groundskeeping across multiple sites, including a cultivation facility and several small retail locations. The technician will be based out of our primary site but will travel to other local properties as needed. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
  • Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas at all locations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site managers.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Track mileage, fuel and materials used across different job sites.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and compliant manner, particularly in cannabis cultivation environments.

Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of maintenance experience in facilities, apartments, or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of general building repairs and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Must provide your own reliable vehicle / tools to start.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be comfortable working in cannabis cultivation and retail environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in regulated industries or commercial facilities.
  • Basic understanding of compliance / safety requirements in the cannabis industry.
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
