Overview : A rapidly growing, national food manufacturing company in Southeast New York is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization across multiple business lines. This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do :

• Manage day-to-day supply chain planning for multiple product categories.
• Oversee ERP data accuracy, purchase orders, and production scheduling.
• Review forecasts and demand plans, identifying outliers and collaborating with Sales and Operations to align on needs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while achieving service and working capital goals.
• Lead and mentor a small team of planners to ensure best-in-class supply performance.
• Drive process improvements and KPI tracking across inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as a key liaison between suppliers, logistics, and internal leadership.
