Role and Responsibilities

The position of Production Printing and Graphics Analyst (PPGA) is a customer facing position that is critical in achieving our service commitment to our customers. After the customer has signed off on getting a new device and a sales order is entered, then the PPGA will engage to ensure the device transition is successful. The goal is to review the Customer Site Survey onsite with the customer to ensure a smooth delivery. There may be times that doing this onsite is not possible due to varying reasons and in these cases, it will be conducted via phone or email. Below is a list of additional responsibilities.

• Be the subject matter expert and technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for software workflow solutions, working closely with the sales team and leveraging professional services.
• Meet with customers to understand applications and workflow to formulate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate prospective customers to devise account strategies which leverage production print solutions.
• Actively participate in sales calls.
• Contribute to RFP responses and project manage the implementation of more complex solutions.
• Assist with preparation of high-value sales proposals, validating accurate configurations and workflows.
• Facilitate application testing for customer print samples and proof-of-concept support for proposed workflow solutions.
• Provide installation and integration guidance for advanced color solutions.
• Partner with the sales, service, & operations groups to ensure show room floor equipment is properly running, linearized, calibrated & substrate levels adequate for customer demonstrations.
• Partner with the service & operations groups to ensure end users are properly trained, hardware and software solutions are properly installed.

Microsoft Suite knowledge, EFI Fiery, PrismaSync, XmPie, Adobe Illustrator, Onyx Graphics, VersaWorks, Cutting Master, Fiery Cutsheet Certifications
