Entitlements Manager
As a member of the Real Estate team, you will be instrumental in supporting our goals by leading the permitting and rezoning process and managing third-party firms to complete due diligence and design on new locations. You will be contributing insights to aid decision-making and improving processes to help things be done efficiently. You will be holding all stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Responsibilities :
- Work with our real estate team to coordinate / manage the zoning and entitlement of projects, establish budgets and deliver on target within projected timelines.
- In performing your responsibilities, you may work with third party counsel, consultants, engineers / architects, contractors and other professional service providers as needed to prudently assess, entitle, deliver and complete projects.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring due diligence, lease contingencies and permitting processes and procedures.
- Responsible for delivering projects on time to the construction team by ensuring all requisite contingencies have been properly satisfied.
- Oversee external vendors civils, architects, etc. and collaborate closely with members of the Parker's team.
- Accurately manages project pipeline utilizing our internal tools, spreadsheets and database.
- Work with the team to determine reporting needs related to project management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Excellent organizational and follow up skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred :
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Capacity to work cross functionally with various departments including Business Development, Construction, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure accuracy with financial models and capital expenditures.Ability to think quickly and creatively to identify and implement solutions to problems.Travel
Ability to travel if required. Must possess a valid driver license and have the physical ability to drive a vehicle for job related travel.Physical Requirements
