About the team

We are seeking an experienced Direct Tax Manager for a long term temporary assignment to oversee corporate income tax provisioning and compliance management. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and develop the tax function for Angi after its spin-off. The role will be involved in all different aspects of Angi's income tax landscape. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of public tech company tax complexities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can scale tax processes to support business growth and evolving regulations.

This position will be remote and require candidates to work up to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.

Calculating the tax provision under ASC 740

Working with third party service providers to facilitate the US income tax returns

Cash tax forecasting
