Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Location : Overland Park, KS (Onsite)

Job Summary :

  • Join our dynamic team as an Business Systems Analyst in the enterprise commercial real-estate group. We build and sell commercial real-estate servicing systems, and you'll be a key player in enhancing our platforms and enterprise loan servicing system.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to our Product Owners, including testing, bug triage, and story writing.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of modules by our clients.
  • Gather requirements from clients.

    • Skills Required :

  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Proven data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in finance and banking.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to understand processes and think critically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or a degree in finance is a plus.
