Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Location : Newport News, VA
Pay Range : $47.00
Shift : 8 hours per shift
What's the Job?
- Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
- Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data pre, during, and post hemodialysis treatment, documenting in the patient medical record.
- Direct and collaborate with patient care staff to ensure the safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document the medical justification and effectiveness.
- Participate in staff training and orientation of new staff as assigned, serving as a resource for the healthcare team.
