POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate and support CPKC’s inventory control objectives, ensuring inventoried materials are properly transacted (right material at the right place and at the right time) and are counted per our Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) controls
- Creating a safe workplace by executing a Safety Management system
- Execute inventory control processes for a defined region or material scope, including executing counts and posting counts for all material types
- Coordinate inventory count plans to ensure inventory controls are met
- Business point of contact for material concerns for the portfolio defined for this role
- Capital Inventory Support S&C, Engineering, Mechanical Car, Loco and Procurement to execute planning, transferring and delivery of material
- Optimize CPKC Inventory materials while providing oversight on material management best practices
- Assist in Management of Southern District Distribution Center
