About the Role :

Join D.R.Services of Eastern MA, LLC as a Cleaning & Restoration Production Supervisor, where you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning and restoration services. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in people's lives by ensuring properties are restored to their original condition after disasters.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of cleaning and restoration projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage and train team members on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with clients to assess needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning and restoration supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare project estimates and manage budgets effectively.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety regulations within the team.
  • Document project progress and report to upper management regularly.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in cleaning and restoration, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and restoration techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Certifications in IICRC or similar preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
