Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator Commercial Roofing

Indiana | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Growth Opportunity

Our client is looking for a versatile Commercial Roofing professional to lead pre-construction, estimating, and project management. You ll manage projects from bid to closeout, ensuring they re delivered on time, on budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Estimate and bid commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal).
  • Lead pre-construction planning and develop scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage vendor pricing, project hand-offs, and client communication.
  • Oversee project execution, track progress, and handle change orders.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and profitability on every job.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in commercial roofing estimating / project management.
  • Strong knowledge of flat and low-slope roofing systems.
  • Experience running multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction software (Edge, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
