Writer / Trainer II

Job Description Summary :

Reporting to the Senior Lead for Governance & Relations in Enterprise IT's Office of the Chief Information Officer, the Writer / Trainer II will play a crucial role in shaping and disseminating a variety of technical and non-technical information. This position is responsible for creating, editing, and managing written materials, including but not limited to documentation, training materials, web pages, and communications that are clear, accurate, and accessible to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of IT concepts and the ability to translate complex information into easily digestible content. This role requires collaboration across the IT department and the broader organization to ensure consistent messaging and a high standard of quality for all written materials. Incumbent will work closely with EIT's management team, technical staff, and the Office of Communications.
