JOB SUMMARY : MCSG is seeking an Operations Research Analyst (ORA) to serve as a Lessons Learned Specialist for the 392nd Combat Training Squadron’s (392 CTS) United States Space Force (USSF) Exercise Team at Schriever SFB, CO. This team supports the 392 CTS-led USSF exercises SPACE FLAG (SF), POLARIS HAMMER (PH), Flashpoint, and SKIES series). These exercises are designed to prepare Guardians to execute operations in a realistic contested, degraded, and operationally limited (CDO) environment against a thinking and determined adversary. The ORA Lessons Learned Specialist will conduct an in-depth analysis of the results of 392 CTS-sponsored exercises to identify opportunities for continuous process improvements, inform USSF operations, training, and acquisition processes, and facilitate requirements generation for STARCOM’s future training capabilities. Location : Schriever SFB, CO.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 7-15 years of experience working in or for DoD organizations.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION : Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited institution.
SECURITY CLEARANCE : Top Secret / SCI clearance with Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
