Job Description
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance with all regulations at the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays in project completion.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets the established standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and other project contributors.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Higher Education Construction should have :
- Proven experience in construction management, particularly in higher education projects.
- Familiarity with Charleston's local construction regulations and standards.

- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation.
