Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Oversee safety protocols and compliance with all regulations at the construction site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays in project completion.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets the established standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and other project contributors.

A successful Superintendent - Higher Education Construction should have :
