We believe great customer service starts with great people—and we’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.
What You’ll Do :
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether they’re calling with a heating emergency or booking routine maintenance. Your job is to provide an exceptional customer experience, support our technicians in the field, and help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and installations
- Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and priority of service
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and CRM systems
- Handle billing questions, warranty info, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with technicians and other departments to resolve issues
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements :
