We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in South Florida (this is a hybrid onsite role).
Overview :
We are looking for a Marketing Manager that will focus on content and events for a company that provides cutting-edge hardware, software, and services to support organizations across public safety, agriculture, energy, construction, and more. You will lead the marketing, digital experience, and operational strategy for their events portfolio. This includes their annual premier event that they host, which brings together industry leaders, manufacturers, and professionals for two days of education, collaboration, and innovation. You will also be responsible for other industry conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements. This role combines creative marketing strategy, event production, and digital experience management to ensure cohesive storytelling, audience engagement, and revenue growth across every channel and event touchpoint. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build, deploy, and optimize content and event assets from end-to-end.
Responsibilities :
Annual Premier Event Management :
- Develop and manage annual advertising plans across paid media, retargeting, email, organic social, PR, and other channels.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing and operational aspects that includes branding, digital campaigns, website management, email automation, ticketing strategy, and on-site experience.
- Track event ROI and KPIs, including attendee growth, engagement, sponsor satisfaction, and post-event conversions.
- Manage the event website content to ensure an engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized experience.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors on logistics, registration, exhibitor and sponsor deliverables, signage, and technology support such as AV, event apps, and hybrid platforms.
Conferences & Events :
Lead marketing strategy for the companys participation in industry conferences and trade shows outside of their annual premier event.Collaborate with the sales team to maximize brand visibility, booth traffic, and lead generation opportunities.Lead and execute all event setup and operations to ensure every detail is implemented. This includes booth preparation, swag and materials distribution, registration flow, team coordination, vendor alignment, and overall event floor readiness.Identify new event opportunities that align with brand objectives and revenue potential.Create post-event reporting frameworks and develop scalable processes for follow-up campaigns and ROI measurement.Content Marketing and Thought Leadership :
Oversee production of blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, and infographics aligned with the companys brand voice and target industries.Manage the thought leadership program, including conference speaking sessions, webinars, and educational initiatives.Coordinate webinar planning, speaker recruitment, promotion, and post-event marketing to drive leads and engagement.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content supports SEO, lead generation, and sales enablement goals.Requirements :
5 or more years of experience in event marketing, conference management, or integrated marketing roles. Preferably in a B2B environment.Proven experience managing complex events from concept to completion, including logistics and vendor coordination.Strong background in digital marketing, including website management (WordPress), paid media, email automation (HubSpot), and analytics.Experience in technology, aviation, or the drone industry is a plus.Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Able to travel 20% or more of the time for conferences and trade shows.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
