Technician, Meeting Technology & Services

JOB SUMMARY :

The Technician, Meeting Technology & Services is responsible for providing real-time technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of all technical aspects during in-person, hybrid and virtual meetings so that the meeting experience is successful.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or ability required.

• Creates basic Array activity builds (uploading slides, managing polling surveys, other administrative functionality) and makes content adjustments to meeting activity before and during meetings as required.
• Assists in network setup to run Array application on iPads (in-person meetings).
• Ensures equipment is received, cleaned, charged and in working order for each meeting.
• Instructs client on proper use of the system to ensure they are ready to present.
• Issues post meeting reports and data as required.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of company technology and service offerings.
• Delivers outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction across all interaction points.
• Works seamlessly within teams and independently, adapting to various work settings and client needs.
• Travels to meeting locations as needed, providing on-site support and ensuring smooth technology implementation.
• Fosters and maintains strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison.
• Manages time effectively, balancing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Identifies opportunities for operational improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma orequivalent combination of education, skills, experience to successfully perform the job.

There will be a need to attend to single or simultaneous tasks where accuracy of details is important. The need for detailed and precise work is high.
