Field Environmental Technician
We are seeking a Field Environmental Technician for assignment in Syracuse, New York. The selected candidate will perform O&M activities for our client's groundwater treatment plant.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm.
This position has a pay rate of $26 - $28 / hr
Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment and system operation problems and perform necessary corrective action (pump repair, cleaning, lancing conveyance, piping replacement, etc.)
- Perform regular site inspections and verify systems are operating appropriately
- Communicate system deficiencies with team and field leaders
- Collect and document field data
- Heavy equipment operation
- Exterior building and grounds maintenance
- Perform other duties as required
