EO Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Test Engineer to support our high-power directed energy programs. This role requires a strong foundation in systems and electrical engineering, with a focus on integration, testing, and validation of complex laser systems and subsystems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure performance and safety standards are met. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of cutting-edge directed energy technology in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for high-power directed energy systems
• Conduct system- and sub-system-level integration and validation testing, including electrical and optical components
• Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and lead root cause investigations to resolution
• Collaborate closely with systems, electrical, and optical engineering teams to define and verify performance requirements
• Ensure all testing activities are compliant with safety standards and engineering best practices
• Document test results, generate reports, and maintain accurate configuration and test records
• Support lab setup, instrumentation calibration, and test equipment maintenance.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and integration considerations
