HOW Program / Project Manager II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Experience :
10 years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar program / projects
8 years of direct work experience to include : design / development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of information assurance or computer network defense programs.
Experience shall include : supervising project personnel and / or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and / or preparing bids, and experience ordering and / or transporting equipment and material.
4 years of experience as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects.
Preferred Experience :
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following Cloud Service Provider environments :
Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps Rapid Assess and Incorporate Software Engineering version 2.0 (RAISE 2.0)
Technical skills :
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Preferred experience with Asana, Atlassian Suite of Tools – Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, BigPicture – Project Management Data Center for Jira Software
Security clearance level : Must have active Secret OR Top Secret / SCI
Skills and abilities :
Experience briefing senior-level officials, presenting written communications for their consideration, and managing the client interface
Experience managing geographically disbursed teams
Candidates shall have knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures
Candidates shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role
Strong problem solving and customer engagement skills

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $94,676 - $128,092. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
