Hourly Pay Rate : $97.65

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2360 - $2480

OR RN Qualifications

Current and active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred)

Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Level 1 trauma center experience required

BLS and NIHSS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including at least 1 booster

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities for Operating Room RN

Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma OR

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Monitor, assess, and document patient status in accordance with clinical standards

Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols in the operating room

Participate in required holiday and hallmark shifts (1 summer and 1 fall / winter holiday, plus winter and spring hallmark shifts)

Demonstrate flexibility by covering both evening and day shifts as needed
