Location : Hartford, CT 06114 - Onsite
Salary : $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
Job Summary : Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the Customer Care Representative is responsible with assisting with all aspects of customer service in the showroom via phone and / or email.

What You'll Do :
Promptly and professionally answer showroom directed callsCommunicate effectively by phone and / or emailSchedule appointmentsCheck status of ordersStock checkRelease and / or schedule deliveriesGive accurate directions to any showroomAsk questions and respond appropriately to determine the customers needsProvide exceptional customer service on a daily basisEncourage customers to use our Waterware websitePossess effective communication and people skillsAbility to perform mathematical functions for pricing and or taking payments (credit cards)Transfer calls quickly and correctly to the right personParticipate in all product training and customer service training when availableWork on SaturdaysAdhere to showroom dress codeOther duties as requiredWhat You'll Need :
Two years customer service experience preferredAbility to communicate clearly and effectively; verbally and writtenHigh School diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements :
