Kogan & DiSalvo is seeking a Director of HR who can fully own the HR function support continued expansion strengthen culture and bring calm clarity and structure to a busy and growing organization. This is a hands-on leadership role not a big-team oversight position. Youll manage all core HR operations while supervising one HR Assistant a long-tenured paralegal who is new to HR.
