HVAC Service Technician – Fix-It 24 / 7 Colorado

Denver, CO |  Up to $40 / hr. + Commission |(pay plans for all) 4-Day Work Week | No On-Call

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Tech at Fix-It 24 / 7, you'll be the hero homeowners count on to keep their systems running safely and efficiently.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair HVAC systems in residential homes
  • Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, A / C units, and more
  • Communicate solutions clearly with homeowners & recommend upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency
  • Deliver legendary customer service—every call, every time
  • Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of techs

    • What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background & drug screening
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Sales / upselling experience a plus
