This Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) position supports the business by building and implementing effective and efficient automated technology solutions. This role is also responsible for the technical support of existing Power BI reports / dashboards, Power Apps and Power Automate Solutions as well as working seamlessly between business users and the technical community for successfully implementations.

What You Will Do :

  • You will provide us with crucial insight into how we are performing as an organization, and if we are on track with our financial and strategic goals.
  • Build compelling, interactive and actionable reporting on top of structured data models that help in deriving meaningful business insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Publish & maintain information related to historical, current and future performance.
  • Train team members / users on Power BI tool, dashboards and reports, as required by FP&A team.
  • Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests.
  • Complies with Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

What You Will Need :

Education and Experience

  • Four-year degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. Data Analyst
  • years of experience in data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with data extraction and transformation in Power BI, with Microsoft CRM, Oracle DBs, SQL Server and Excel. Ability to write, optimize, and manage complex SQL and DAX queries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate preferred.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Mandatory :  SQL Server, Power BI capabilities, Oracle, Excel, Microsoft Office Tools
  • Additional Preferred :  Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate

  • A successful candidate will be a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, who will combine strong technical skills with business acumen and effective communication skills to bring complex data-driven solutions to life.
  • The role requires an individual who has built end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions and is highly motivated to take the responsibility for BI solutions from conception through to successful delivery.
  • Responsible for designing, developing and deploying Microsoft Power BI Analytics Dashboards / Reports, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • A natural self-starter, you have a passion for using data to drive business decisions, are comfortable with data mining and visualization techniques, and are at home partnering with end users to deliver solutions.
  • Have demonstrated experience in a project-based business and an understanding of project management and resource management principles.
  • Delivers new or builds on existing solutions as prioritized jointly by business & FP&A team.
  • Analyzes multiple data sources like Microsoft CRM, Oracle, data lake house solutions and Excel to integrate with existing datasets and relate a comprehensive BI story.
  • Reporting Relationships :

    The incumbent reports to a manager. This position does not have any direct reports.
