This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) as a Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF) / Multi-System Automated Remote Control Interface (MARCI) Operator . The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in ship combat systems, with hands-on experience in system configuration and operations, as well as expertise in using training systems to support realistic, mission-driven training scenarios.

ATGPAC is tasked with training and certifying all Pacific Fleet ships to ensure they meet evolving standards for naval and joint combat operations. This requires a dynamic, flexible approach to training, with ATGPAC delivering both in-person and distributed training across a broad spectrum of maritime missions. Special focus is placed on training shipboard teams to independently maintain and enhance combat readiness throughout deployment cycles.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to :

• Conduct computer-based simulations and Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) events in the ATGSD Battle Lab to enhance Pacific Fleet readiness
• Integrate live and synthetic training for ships and teams, including Final Battle Problems (FBP), Inport Training Exercises (MITE), and certification events
• Utilize Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE), Tactical Data Links (TDL), and the Mission Distribution System (MDS) to create realistic operational scenarios
• Collaborate with Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) to execute Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) Program events
• Support the Distributed Training Architecture (DTA) under the guidance of Commander, Pacific Fleet (CPF)
