Position Description

Help desk center for the existing Centralize background check portal that was rolled out last June 1,2023. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. essentially, a blend of technical knowledge and soft skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve user problems. strong technical proficiency in computer systems and troubleshooting, excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with ticketing systems, all while demonstrating patience and empathy when interacting with users facing technical issues Spanish speaking (bilingual)
