Position Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes, including review of work performed by accounting staff and completion of variance analysis
- Responsible for financial management reports, including internal monthly financial statements and internal reporting for management
- Supervision of accounting staff
- Oversee annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
- Perform technical accounting research and provide written and verbal analysis to management, as applicable
- Oversee treasury management functions including warehouse facility projections, cash utilization, and liquidity analyses
- Assist in preparation and review of budgets and forecasts
- Assist the Finance and Accounting team in key business projects and implementation of strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For :

The salary range for the Assistant Controller position is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
