About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist for a 12-week locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This position begins Dec 1, 2025, and features ongoing coverage needs through December with 24-hour call, clinic, rounding, and consults. Occasional weekend coverage is required.

Job Details

• Location : Indiana
• Start Date : Dec 1, 2025
• LOA : 12 weeks
• Provider Type Needed : Urologist
• Schedule : 24-hour call coverage including rounding, clinic patients, and consults; urgent coverage needed for the following periods :
• Monday, Dec 1 at 7am – Friday, Dec 5 at 5pm
• Monday, Dec 8 at 7am – Friday, Dec 19 at 5pm
• Monday, Dec 22 at 7am – Friday, Dec 26 at 5pm
• Occasional weekend shifts as needed
