Job Purpose

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our existing operation, driving process improvement projects and developing dashboards and real-time analytics to support upper management decision. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations Managers to drive understanding of operational and financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Maintain, create, troubleshoot Power BI system

• Hold regular, scheduled trainings on systems / processes / software / products used by the company
• Address internal mistakes by incorporating them into trainings and developing reports
• Work flow analysis and troubleshooting
• Call tree analysis and maintenance
• Documentation flow
• Time studies
• "Secret shopper" trials
• Assist with operational forecasting :
• Staff needed in each location
• Systems needed to maintain SLA
• KPI analysis and monitoring
• Flowcharting Processes
• New office implementation project management
• Interim Manager role if needed for any of the customer service departments
