JMT is seeking Regional CM / CEI Practice Director for any of our Texas locations. The successful leader will be r esp onsible for for managing JMT’s Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas. CM services include c onstruction and p rogram management, construction inspection, claims s upport, scheduling and cost estimating, project controls and other related construction management responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving growth throughout Texas, provid ing leadership and mentoring of current CM / CEI staff, developing and overseeing execution of business devel opment strateg ies ensuring growth and financial success for the practice at the regional level .

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Coordinate strategic g rowth plan with office leaders and practice leadersDevelop and maintain relationships with teaming partners, contractors and clientsEstablish and grow market presence in area through marketing and business developmentManage financial budget for practice and allocate resources accordinglyLead and contribute to the production of proposalsServe as a technical expertise resource to project managers and technical staffEstablish resources staffing needs for the practice on a regional levelInterview and make recommendations for hiring staff for the practiceLead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1 : 1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team.Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities :

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited programProfessional Engineer License or equivalent15+ years’ experience in specialized discipline including supervisory, project management, and business developmentStrong relationships with TxDOT and municipal agenciesDemonstrated experience leading othersProject management and business development experienceExperience working with local clients at the state, county, and major municipality levelQualifications Preferred
