  • Location : 100% Remote (must support EST)
  • Duration : 6 months

About the Role

  • We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional to join a dynamic Global Marketing team as a Marketing Strategy & Planning Consultant. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about driving cross-functional marketing initiatives, this opportunity is for you.
  • In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning to manage timelines, coordinate partner engagement, and ensure critical marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. You’ll help design and implement operational frameworks that align the marketing organization around key goals.
  • What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning to develop a comprehensive project management approach
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of strategic marketing projects and interdependent workstreams
  • Collaborate across multiple marketing teams (brand, comms, performance, events, customer, and more)
  • Facilitate alignment across commercial, legal, finance, and procurement teams
  • Drive marketing workstream calls and keep all stakeholders updated
  • Create and maintain project timelines and hold workstream owners accountable to deliverables
  • Provide regular updates and insights to marketing leadership and commercial stakeholders

  • What We’re Looking For

  • 6–7 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, transformation, or operations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives across different teams and functions
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and commercial focus
  • Comfortable navigating and influencing within a matrixed, fast-paced organization
  • Experience working across time zones and with international teams a plus
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar PM tools
  • Additional Notes

  • This is a temporary, 6-month contract role with potential for extension based on business needs
  • Candidates must be available to start on August 18, 2025
  • Interview process includes 1 video interview and potentially a brief take-home assignment
