About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional to join a dynamic Global Marketing team as a Marketing Strategy & Planning Consultant. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about driving cross-functional marketing initiatives, this opportunity is for you.In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning to manage timelines, coordinate partner engagement, and ensure critical marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. You’ll help design and implement operational frameworks that align the marketing organization around key goals.What You’ll Do
Partner with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning to develop a comprehensive project management approachManage the day-to-day execution of strategic marketing projects and interdependent workstreamsCollaborate across multiple marketing teams (brand, comms, performance, events, customer, and more)Facilitate alignment across commercial, legal, finance, and procurement teamsDrive marketing workstream calls and keep all stakeholders updatedCreate and maintain project timelines and hold workstream owners accountable to deliverablesProvide regular updates and insights to marketing leadership and commercial stakeholdersKey Stakeholders You’ll Work With

6–7 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, transformation, or operationsStrong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple marketing initiatives across different teams and functionsB2B marketing experience preferredStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach and commercial focusComfortable navigating and influencing within a matrixed, fast-paced organizationExperience working across time zones and with international teams a plusFamiliarity with Smartsheet or similar PM toolsAdditional Notes
This is a temporary, 6-month contract role with potential for extension based on business needsCandidates must be available to start on August 18, 2025Interview process includes 1 video interview and potentially a brief take-home assignment
