Secmation is hiring a Principal RF Design Engineer that will be responsible for leading the development of complex military communications and electronic warfare. This position requires you to be a Subject Matter Expert in RF and communications design including software defined radios (SW / FW) and countermeasure development for mission critical applications. The ideal candidate will be a principal-level, hands-on development engineer with deep expertise in RF design for tactical military communications systems. This individual will not only lead technically at the program level but will also be directly involved in the full engineering lifecycle-from initial design through real-world testing, validation, and operational implementation.

This position is based in Huntsville, AL , working closely with key defense customers to drive advancements in military communications. In this role, you will lead cutting-edge initiatives that push the boundaries of electronic warfare technology and contribute to mission-critical programs. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of secure, resilient communications for the warfighter, influencing solutions from concept to deployment in support of national security.
