About the role Our partner is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software developers.

You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing gaming workflows, and supporting the development of gaming software solutions.

You will work closely with teams to ensure that projects meet business objectives, regulatory standards, and customer needs.

What you’ll do :

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for software solutions Gaming Process Analysis : Understand and analyze gaming workflows, player experiences, and back-end processes to identify opportunities for optimization and new features Documentation & Specifications : Produce detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications tailored to casino gaming platforms Compliance & Regulatory Requirements : Ensure that software initiatives comply with gaming regulations and translate technical requirements Collaboration with Development & QA : Work closely with software development and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment from concept to deployment Agile Participation : Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives What makes you ideal : 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Strong understanding of software development and Agile methodologies Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence Excellent analytical skills to identify business needs and suggest solutions Strong communication skills to convey complex requirements to technical and non-technical teams Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and regulatory experts Experience within the gaming industry, particularly with casino products, gaming regulations, and player experience requirements, is highly desirable Powered by JazzHR
