Responsibilities
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
Support production stability and rate readiness initiatives.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Develop, refine, and deploy standard work processes and documentation.
Partner with engineering, supply chain, production, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks and align priorities.
Monitor process performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or production environments.
3+ years of experience defining, developing, or improving production processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work onsite and move throughout the facility (standing, walking, climbing stairs, crouching as needed).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies and principles.
Experience developing and rolling out standard processes.
Proficient in structured problem-solving and Continuous Improvement tools.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
100% onsite role in a manufacturing environment.
Must be able to walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, and move through production areas daily.
Regular working hours : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
Travel is not required.
U.S. person status required (Export Compliance).
