Duration : School Year (July – June)
Salary Range : $23 - $26
Schedule : Monday – Friday 9AM-6PM hours may vary depending on program needs.

The Community Program Coordinator, reporting to the Strategic Initiatives Manager, has a pivotal role responsible for spearheading community engagement initiatives through program management & development, and grant management. This multifaceted position involves driving program growth, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's mission and objectives
Essential Functions
Community Engagement :
- Assist with planning, execution, and management of community engagement initiatives and grant-funded projects that support the organization's mission and goals.
- Coordinate and schedule instructional classes with community partners and business owners.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization in collaborative and professional meetings.
- Assist with utilizing data analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of community programs, working closely with the Grant Administrator to update reporting and metrics.
- Maintain effective communication and harmonious relationships with the public, participants, and associates.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop community programs and initiatives that address identified needs.
Program Development and Management :
Assist in the preparation and implementation of special events and services.Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop community programs and initiatives that address identified needs.Develop and articulate program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with organizational mission and priorities.Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Assist in developing and managing program budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.Grant Management :
Foster positive relationships with funding agencies, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.Capture accurate and up-to-date records of grant-related activities, including project milestones, financial transactions, and correspondence to include in reports for both internal and external stakeholders regarding grant led projects.Gather and analyze relevant data from internal sources to meet grant reporting requirements.Collaborate with program managers to integrate narrative and financial data into reports.Additional Responsibilities
Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the supervisor, recognizing that the role may evolve to include new tasks introduced by the company.Job Qualifications
Minimum Experience / Education
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in Education / Nonprofit experienceProven experience in program management, with a track record of successful program implementation.Commitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work with all levels of management.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have at least 48 semester college units or successful completion of the Paraeducator examTB test clearanceMust pass DOJ / FBI criminal background checkMust be punctual and reliableMust have experience working with youth and general knowledge base of core elementary subjects.Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.Must be able to communicate openly in a professional manner with staff, students, parents, and community partnersLicense / Certification / Clearance
