About the Role

We’re looking for a pragmatic, product-minded software engineer who can own features end-to-end—from shaping technical design to shipping reliable, well-tested code. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and data teams to build scalable web applications that delight users and move key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Area : What You’ll Do : Feature Development.  Design, implement, and deploy new product features related to AI across the React / TypeScript front-end and Python back-end. Architecture & Scale

Break monoliths into well-defined services, optimize SQL / NoSQL data models, and ensure systems remain observable and fault-tolerant under load. Quality & Reliability

Write unit, integration, and E2E tests, participate in code reviews, and lead post-mortems to eliminate root causes of incidents. DevEx & Tooling

Automate CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes) and champion best practices around linting, static analysis, and release management. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Translate product specs into technical tasks, demo work to stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience building production web applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one back-end language (Go, Kotlin, Java, or Python).
  • Deep understanding of RESTful / GraphQL APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), and caching layers (Redis).
  • Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid grasp of testing strategies, code reviews, and agile development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub / Sub) and domain-driven design.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tooling (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (Next.js, Remix) and component libraries (Radix, shadcn / ui).
  • Prior exposure to data pipelines, real-time analytics, or ML model integrations.
  • What We Offer

  • Impactful Work – Ship features that reach millions of users within weeks, not quarters.
  • Remote-First Flexibility – Work from anywhere within ±4 h of Eastern Time; quarterly in-person retreats.
  • Professional Growth – Annual learning stipend, dedicated “10% time” for open-source or passion projects, and a clear promotion ladder.
  • Competitive Compensation – Market-rate salary, equity, and 401(k) match.
  • Comprehensive Benefits – 100 % employer-paid health, dental, and vision; generous PTO; and parental leave.
  • How to Apply

Submit your résumé, GitHub or portfolio link, and a brief note on a technical decision you’re proud of. We review applications on a rolling basis and respond within two weeks.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity. If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
