Key Responsibilities Grow and energize the retail community across Discord, Telegram, X, and other social channels Plan and run engaging activations such as AMAs, contests, and community calls Monitor community sentiment and feedback, keeping leadership informed of concerns Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in community management, marketing, or social media, preferably in crypto or fintech Strong understanding of crypto retail culture and community dynamics Experience in launching or scaling a retail crypto community is a plus Hands-on experience with loyalty and reward mechanics Analytical mindset with the ability to track key performance indicators
