Operations Administrator

Opportunity : Join a highly skilled team of The Ascendancy Group (TAG)-Headquarters' professionals through support for TAG programs.

Overview : As a TAG Operations Administrator, you will work closely with all departments at TAG to adequately plan and execute a program. The Operations Administrator provides the highest quality of customer support as this position works directly with senior level TAG leadership, US Government representatives and TAG employees from all Departments.

Security Requirement : The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government SECRET security clearance is required.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide Program Management support to company-wide programs.
  • Support with procurement efforts for all operations, this includes the procurement and logistics of materials, along with vendor, and 1099 purchase orders.
  • Support all curriculum related program closeout requirements as directed.
  • Identify, develop, conduct, and maintain TAG internal training.
  • Lead efforts to produce Operations' After-Action Reports (AAR) by capturing feedback from all supporting personnel and internal staff.
  • Support of programmatic IT and of all technical devices for programs.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of classrooms (TAG and remote locations) and TAG HQ facility space.
  • Management of Training and Exercise related trackers and matrices.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) contracting environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community functions and terminology is not a requirement, but beneficial.
  • Patience, grit, and the ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Ability to work on a team and support team members.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of the FAR and DFARS is not required, but beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to make ethically and morally sound decisions.
  • Making sound decisions that are in the company's best interests.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Public speaking
