Champion and uphold lab safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g.,OSHA) and internal safety protocols
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident follow-ups
Maintain lab organization using Lean / 5S principles to ensure a clean, efficient, and hazard-free workspace
Manage inventory systems for tools, components, and materials, including ordering, restocking, and calibration coordination
Support day-to-day engineering activities by preparing test setups, managing shared equipment, and scheduling lab usage
Serve as the primary point of contact for all lab-related operations, including audits, compliance checks, and process improvements
Collaborate with global hardware teams to define, document, and promote lab safety and operational best practices
Lead onboarding of new lab users with safety orientation and access procedures
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement practical solutions to improve lab safety, efficiency, and usability
What We're Looking For
