Service Requests : Manage Inbound Phone, Text, EmailTicketing Platform : Triage, Assign, Escalate, CloseService Technicians : Training, Scheduling, ManagementAdvocate highest level of service for our clientsService Plans : Monitor & Maintain SLA'sSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
3yrs Managing a service departmentKnowledge of ticketing platforms and SLA'sPrevious management of a team is requiredPreferred : Strong technical knowledge of A / V systems including lighting, shading, automation, and networksBenefits
