About the Team

Our Robotics team is focused on unlocking general-purpose robotics and pushing towards AGI-level intelligence in dynamic real-world settings. Working across the entire model stack we integrate cutting-edge hardware and software to explore a broad range of robotic form factors. We strive to seamlessly blend high-level AI capabilities with the physical constraints of physical systems.

About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager you will drive complex cross-functional programs that accelerate progress in robotics research and development. You will partner closely with engineers researchers and leadership to define priorities design processes and ensure smooth execution across both technical and operational tracks.

Were looking for people who are organized proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity while enabling technical teams to focus on their highest-impact work.

This role is based in San Francisco CA. We use a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role you will :

Lead the planning execution and delivery of cross-functional robotics programs from inception to launch

Build scalable processes to coordinate across research engineering and operations teams

Drive clarity manage risks and ensure alignment on priorities and milestones

Communicate program status risks and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership

You might thrive in this role if you :

Have strong organizational and program management skills with a track record of leading complex technical projects

Are an excellent communicator who can influence and align diverse stakeholders

Are comfortable in fast-paced ambiguous environments and excel at bringing structure to complexity

Have familiarity with robotics hardware / software integration or research workflows (a plus not required)
