Role Overview : Are you passionate about thinking like a developer? Have you explored tools like Cursor, Llama, or GraphRAG? Have you built your own agent? If so, we're looking for someone like you!

As a Developer Documentation Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating content that enables developers to effectively build on and extend Data Cloud. You'll collaborate closely with our content architect, content strategist, as well as PM and Engineering stakeholders to understand developer needs and deliver industry-leading documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain developer-focused documentation for Data Cloud, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and subject matter experts.
• Use AI tools for content creation, review, and research to enhance documentation quality.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
• Advocate for customers by ensuring documentation meets their needs effectively.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $213,800. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $233,200.
