This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. The impact you'll make in this role includes :

• Leads capital engineering projects that support growth, cost reduction, EHS improvement, and equipment / facility renewal.
• Works with cross-functional team including electrical, facilities, design, technical experts, and operations to deliver project expectations.
• Utilizes project engineering fundamentals (scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, communication, financial analysis) to deliver the best outcome for 3M.
