SLP - Home Health (Part Time)

Speech Language Pathologist Pay Rate : $55.00 - $70.00 hourly!

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8AM - 4 : 30PM

MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join a growing and tight knit Home Health team!

SLP Key Responsibilities :

  • Provides screening, evaluation and therapeutic intervention for patients referred by physicians or appropriate source.
  • Administer and score standardized test procedures to assist in evaluation of patient communicative skills.
  • Interpretation and written reports are required following assessment including patient education and input related to test results and recommendations.
  • Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor are documented and progress notes after each patient contact is required.
  • Contact with physician is necessary to provide information on patient status.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all ages and socio-economic status.
  • Job knowledge of the medical implications of various disorders of stroke, traumatic brain injury, tracheostomy / vent patients, language delay, articulation / motor disorders, and swallowing disorders

    • SLP Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from a nationally recognized program.
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of OH
  • BLS certification within 30 days of employment
  • 1+ year of experience preferred but new grads welcome!
