Light Equipment Operator 1

Qualifications :

• Requires familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions and the skill to operate the equipment
• Requires skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g. maintain machine operating and maintenance records write new identification labels for computer tapes etc.) and skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment
• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $16.50 - $18.00 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications skills experience certifications proficiency performance shift location and other business needs. Typically roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role in addition to the hourly rate of pay the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential call-in and / or stand-by pay.
