Insurance Client Experience Specialist

You'll be the cornerstone of our client experience. From guiding policyholders to answering questions with clarity, you'll ensure every client feels supported, confident, and empowered. You'll serve as a trusted partner who makes insurance simple and stress-free.

Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients after enrollment

Walk clients through policy details, updates, and claims

Explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms

Work alongside team leads to streamline onboarding and service

Be the primary point of contact for client service needs

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Previous customer service or insurance background is a plus (but not required)

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
