Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Compensation Modeling Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to 65.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities :
Support and validate complex financial models related to sales compensation structures.
Audit and verify data within existing models to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Analyze compensation-related datasets to provide strategic insights and optimizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine compensation strategies and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in financial modeling and compensation analysis.
Requirements :
Have proficiency in financial modeling, particularly in sales compensation structures.
Demonstrate strong data validation and auditing skills to maintain accuracy in compensation models.
Possess a deep understanding of commission-based compensation structures, including models for independent contractors or franchise-like organizations.
Show expertise in analyzing large datasets to optimize compensation strategies.
Exhibit experience working with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
