The Protected Communication Systems (PCS) team is hiring Systems Engineers to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. PCS supports multiple Collins contracts and is seeking to fill roles across several open contracts - our goal is to align each new hire with a position that best suits their skills and allows for career growth. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of an Integrated Program Team (IPT) developing architecture, refining requirements, guiding system development and integration, supporting test development, and working closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver world class solutions.

What You Will Do

• Aid the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation
• Integrate solutions within their target environment
• Execute Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
• Define and set objectives for area of responsibility
• Analyze and documenting system behaviors
• Support system trade studies, requirements analysis, and allocation to subsystems
• Work with little oversight to solve difficult problems

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
